Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or Incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
